At Patchwork Beauty, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for all skincare and cosmetic products.

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.

No Return Policy

Once a product is delivered, returns, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted.

This policy helps us maintain product hygiene, safety, and quality standards for every customer.

Exceptions

We only review requests in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Product leakage during transit

To raise a claim, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Proper unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Product images

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable. If approved in exceptional circumstances, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
